What size are your patches?

Our patches are generally grouped into the following size categories:

Small: approximately 3½”–4½”
Medium: approximately 5½”–6½”
Large: approximately 9½”–11½”

Because our patches come in many different shapes and designs, exact measurements may vary slightly.

Are your patches iron-on or sew-on?

We carry both iron-on and sew-on patches. Please check the individual product description before purchasing to see which application method applies to that particular patch.

What can I use the patches on?

Our patches are great for customizing hats, jackets, jeans, bags, shirts, socks, shoes, craft projects, and more.

Always consider the material of the item you are decorating before applying heat or permanently attaching a patch.

Do you sell more than patches?

Yes! JustTKreations carries a variety of craft and DIY supplies, including:

What is a bundle?

Bundles are specially selected groups of coordinating craft supplies sold together at a special price. Each bundle is different, so please read the listing carefully to see exactly what is included.

Are the exact items pictured included in my bundle?

Please refer to the individual listing for exactly what is included. Some bundles are limited and may only be available while supplies last.

What is a Hat & Socks Junk Kit?

Our Hat & Socks Junk Kits include a mix of coordinating craft supplies that can be used to create your own customized projects. The exact contents and quantity are listed with each kit.

Do you sell faux leather?

Yes. We offer faux leather in a variety of colors, prints, patterns, and themed designs. Please check the individual listing for the sheet size and other product details before purchasing.

Do you sell ribbon and trim?

Yes! Ribbon and specialty trim are available in select styles. The amount included or measurement will be listed in the product description.

Are brooches included with patches?

Not unless the listing specifically says a brooch is included. Brooches may be sold individually or included as part of certain bundles and kits.

What is the Patch Vault?

The Patch Vault is JustTKreations’ organized patch collection. Patches may be identified by their individual PV number, making it easier to identify and purchase the exact design you want.

What does a PV number mean?

PV stands for Patch Vault. Each patch design is assigned a PV number to help identify it.

When ordering or asking about a particular patch, please use the PV number whenever possible.

How do random or flash sales work?

During a random or flash sale, follow the instructions posted with that specific sale. Some sale items may require you to claim the item first before completing checkout.

Please do not purchase a claimed or limited sale item unless your claim has been confirmed.

Does claiming an item mean it is paid for?

No. A claim and a completed payment are not the same thing. Your order is secured once the required checkout/payment process has been completed according to the terms of that sale.

How quickly do I need to pay my invoice?

Once an invoice is sent, payment must be completed within 30 minutes. If payment is not received within that time, the order may be canceled and the merchandise made available again.

Can I use a coupon on sale items?

Coupon terms vary. Some coupons are only valid on regular-priced merchandise, while others may be created specifically for bundles or promotional sales.

Always check the coupon for its individual terms before using it. Unless otherwise stated, one coupon may be used per order.

Why does an item show sold out?

Many JustTKreations products are available in limited quantities. Once the available quantity has been purchased or claimed, the item may be marked sold out.

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some items may return, while others are limited edition or unavailable once sold out. Restocks are not guaranteed.

Can colors look different in person?

Yes. We do our best to represent product colors accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your phone, tablet, or computer screen.

Should I check the product description before ordering?

Yes! Please review the photos, size, quantity, application type, description, and any special instructions before completing your purchase.
